Very good hospitality, very professional, everything at one place, u say it and u get the service with a good deal, attractive packages friendly staff. Mr Anil Lalwani has been very very supportive though out, intact from the time we landed dubai till we reached dubai, it was an amazing experience throughout our tour, would definitely recommend all my friends and colleagues to take service from Ruby tourism only bcoz service and time money matter. We had booked a trip with Ruby in late Jan, 2020 for Armenia and Georgia. Everything starting from the local (Dubai) transportation to Hotels, day tours, tour guide (English speaking) was Fantastic. Overall, it was a value for money, with a professional approach. They have an Out-Of-The-Box thinking, when it comes to Service. Travelling with a kid and aged parents, we were a bit worried about the hotel room comfort, but they made our worries flying out of the door by making special requests to hotels for providing next-door rooms for parents. Kudos to them for all arrangements. The tour guide cum driver too was a very kind hearted gentleman, sometimes suggesting us local restaurants and/or places of interest and local specialities. Overall, a pleasurable trip with family. Thanks Ruby & specifically Mr. Anil (the MD) for a super experience.
